The camp maintains the Keatchie Confederate Memorial Cemetery which has over 100 confederate soldiers buried there, most being unknown soldiers taken from the Battle of Mansfield, to the Keatchie Female College which was used as a hospital during the Civil War.

Logansport is where the Texas Confederate soldiers crossed the Sabine River into Louisiana, on their way to battles further east. There are ten identified gravesites in the Logansport City Cemetery, and several more not yet identified. The Confederate gravesites are marked with CSA headstones.
